What the government paid for work like yours
Real award amounts from the government's own records, for your industry code, narrowed by agency or state if you like. Pricing your first bid blind is the most expensive mistake there is, and this is the fix. No account needed.

Questions people ask
Where do these numbers come from?
USAspending.gov, which is the government's own record of what it awarded. We read the last three years of new contract awards for the code you enter and show the spread rather than one number.
Why does the typical award matter more than the biggest one?
Because the biggest award in a line of work is usually a huge multi year contract that nothing else resembles. The middle of the range is what a normal job in your industry actually pays.
Can I see who won?
Yes. Every example names the company that won it and links to the full record, which is worth reading before you bid against them or ask them about subcontracting.
Does this tell me what to bid?
It tells you the range the government has been paying, which is the fact most new contractors are missing. Your own costs decide your price, and a bid far below the range gets looked at as hard as one far above it.
